Sam & Max Hit the Road (demo)

LucasArts, 1993 · Adventure

ScummVM 0.10.0 compiled from its C++: the SCUMM v6 engine with the demo's speech and subtitles.

Arguments

-p<dir> where the game is, then its id (0.10.0's: monkey, monkey2, atlantis, tentacle, samnmax, queen...; it upgrades 0.6.1's monkeyEGA and the like). Other switches: -g<scaler> (1x, 2x, 3x, 2xsai, super2xsai, supereagle, advmame2x, advmame3x, hq2x, hq3x, tv2x, dotmatrix), -f full screen, -m<volume> music, -s<volume> effects, -n subtitles (off by default; with speech, the text is shown too), -z the games each engine knows.

They go in this page's address, so a link to it starts the program the same way.

PRISM's log
What PRISM says while it runs the program shows here once it is playing.

It needs a keyboard, and most games take the mouse too.
