1.32b on GLX: its renderer's OpenGL drawn through WebGL, in a map at the page's frame rate.
Quake III Arena runs on PRISM, a C and C++ compiler written in plain JavaScript. ★ Star it on GitHub if you liked seeing it here.
Arguments
`+map <name>` loads an arena (q3dm1 to q3dm19, q3tourney1..6, q3ctf1..4); without it the game opens on its menu. com_introplayed 1 skips the id logo film. The build's own flags (interpreted VMs, no UDP, an impure local server) come from the target and stay.
They go in this page's address, so a link to it starts the program the same way.
PRISM's log
What PRISM says while it runs the program shows here once it is playing.
Needs baseq3/ from your copy: the page asks for your copy, a folder or a .zip, and reads it where it is; nothing is uploaded.
It needs a keyboard, and most games take the mouse too.
